    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

    Easy to grow
Scope to learn a lot in a short period of time
    Nice incentives
    Free breakfast and smoothies

    Cons

You will be respected only if you are a developer.
No praise given to any good work
    very low salaries
CEO and the COO do not know how to talk. They think that there are only who work and the rest are all crap (then why employ the rest?)
Junior Managers or Team Lead Trainees are just picked randomly by the Sr Managers.
No communication between the Sr Management and the rest of the employes

    Advice to Management

CEO and COO should understand that every single person at GCE is important.
Credit should be given for any good work
    communicate with your juniors

    Doesn't Recommend
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

-You get to work with enthusiastic young college grads
-Sometimes you get to work with the team leads
    -Good office location

    Cons

-Communication is a big issue between all layers in the organization.
-Unstable work environment (Not everything needs to be a top priority, plan better).
-Not enough training is offered from the experienced employees
-Difficult to get any days off
-Salary and benefits can be more competitive.

    Advice to Management

You need to do a much better job at keeping the current workforce. I think everyone in the company feels that more experienced employees need to be brought in to help minimize the damage from the turnover rate.
