Lots of processes to train on

I enjoyed the self driving way the orientation was setup. We had the ability to digest the information on our own schedule. I was really wanting to get the ball rolling so I got to see a lot in my first day. I also felt like it was well guided through the documents and aides that were attached. I didn’t think it was too much. The only overwhelming part of it I thought was that there are so many areas to go for different things from the sales processes, to the HR related functions. There was a guide though so I just saved that so it was available if I get confused in any way in the coming weeks. I’m a visual person so while I do well in-person for certain things, I like virtual because I get to see pictures/videos of processes rather than them just being explained in-person.
Cons
I would share how Salesforce accounts have not been assigned but also empower the reps by sharing what you can search for and find in Salesforce that will pertain to you. I would share which apps take the longest for credentials to be setup so people dont think there's just arent loading properly.
