    Approves of CEO

I worked at GE Oil & Gas full-time

    Pros

Skilled co-workers, small teams, free coffee, direct reports were kind

    Cons

Unwilling to take risks to improve business, completely focused on bottom line to detriment of front-line workers, demanding and unwilling to adequately support front-line workers.

    Advice to Management

Understand the fluctuations of the market, and realize that demanding more effort and less headcount has diminishing returns.

    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

big company offering employees several options to work in different industry segments within same company

    Cons

you have got to be connected or you will spend years in the same cubicle without anyone caring. No structured career development plan, except for the "select" few(engineering development people).

    Advice to Management

If you could offer an equal opportunity to every employee who desire to grow professionally it could make GE oil a better company to work for
