    Approves of CEO

    Pros

For gaining experience and leadership skills there is no company better. They invest a lot in the employees and they give plenty of opportunities to grow. They care about there employees and in situations where it maybe unsafe they will take every precaution to make sure it is safe.

    Cons

Its wont be the best paying job and its just as important to pick the right manager as it is to pick the right job. Once you have figured out the best way to do that you will go far. In GE during the first 5 years you will determine whether you love it or hate it.

    Advice to Management

Be more competitive with your compensation. Finding, training, and growing great talent is a huge advantage that GE has over all other companies... Keeping them is the difficult part. If you are competitive with your compensation, salaries, you will keep the vast majority of your talent and it will pay off more then what was spent on salary in project execution.
