I have been working at GE full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Management listens to employees and seem to honestly want feedback. There are a lot of opportunities for growth and advancement. The company is very willing to send you to training classes that target the career goals you have in mind. You will most likely get Six Sigma and Leadership training within the first 1 to 2 years of being on the job. Also may opportunities for technical training if you speak with your... manager.

    Cons

Sometimes it may seem as if you have more than one job.

    Advice to Management

    Provide a better benefits package.

I worked at GE for less than a year

    Pros

There wasn't a day I dreaded coming in. I wasn't there for a super long time but I really felt like I was part of the team.

    Cons

The only downside really was having to go through a security gate.
