Pros

Large Company with lots of opportunity for growth, development and career path

Cons

Lots of internal beauracracy and red tape makes it hard to get customer's what they want/need in a timely manner

Advice to Management

continue to focus on simplification in a big way for customers

    Most projects provide good learning experiences that help pull you out of your comfort zone. You learn how to efficiently run a business

    Pros

    Great benefits. Most managers are great at helping you breaking down barriers. Lots of different opportunities available in IT - not so many in software engineering.

    Cons

    Bureaucracy and pay is less than industry standard. Difficultly introducing new/emerging technologies.
