    I worked at GE full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Great leadership programs and amazing training environment. HR Managers are competent but not layer above that. Employees are generally very intelligent, motivated and willing to execute.

    Cons

    HR Leadership is stuck up, they think they know it all and are close minded. Not much diversity and openness to cultures or ideas.

    Advice to Management

    Stay current, listen to the younger generation, use social media more, leverage technology, try to benchmark google or the like. Old ideas die, it's the new ones that will make or break you as a company.
