Cons

Slow moving. General lack of care and development of employees much more about what you I can do for them with little recognition that they play an important role in your growth. Good place to spend some time but would not recommend a long career here, unless you aren’t that interested in engineering and like management or politics. Lots of turnover, and takes awhile to get established as someone who is trusted to really challenge the status quo. Tough to make progress and meet goals with fighting management styles and lack of common goal. And being hampered by the one or two people saying no.
