Benefits were very strong and reasonably priced, the pay was decent as well, could've been more but there are definitely worse in the area.

Cons

If you're within the first 6th months you are completely at the whim of their decisions on attendance. I had a vacation day scheduled and was bumped off without ever having knowledge of it, and was penalized for it with no resolution. I also had to miss a few days due to a doctor telling me I couldn't work, and they shrugged their shoulders and told me they could make a note of it but it ultimately didn't matter. While I did miss some time due to reasons within my control, ultimately I was fired because of the points accrued due to a doctor telling me I couldn't go to work and due to the company's error that I had no control over. Not to mention the outlandish expectations and the complete ignorance of certain management towards what goes on on the production floor.
