Lots of challenging technical work, very collaborative teams, great place to grow as a younger employee. Some of the brightest technical experts are on GE teams.
Cons
Lofty expectations for engineering teams, horrible attrition among younger employees, relatively old company culture. The flexible PTO is great but at times there are so many things that delivered that it doesn't amount to as many days as we would like. Upward mobility is hard as most of the working population is senior band.
