Well Organized company
You will develop leadership Skills
It is a company to work with atleast once in a lifetime
Senior management always will share the BIG picture & then explain the decisions

Cons

Salary may not be on par with its peers.

People mobility has to be increased so that people pursue other career opportunities based on their long term interest

Advice to Management

R&D has to start coordinating more with country sales team to develop more products for local market

    Advice to Management

    Pay more attention to employee satisfaction, compensation, rewards and recognition, benefits, management training, diversity training, etc... otherwise retention is going to continue to go down. Newer and newer generations will be more than willing to pick up and leave.
