    A lot of staff changes due to the amount of job opportunity and growth, always new positions to apply for and in a growing office, many supervisor changes

    Pros

    Good pay. Management is nice and support you. Started most policyholders that call In are generally nice. Trust me when I say it really depends on who your supervisor is that will make your life easier and make your experience better. Working from home is nice also.

    Cons

    Very high call Volume most of the day. There is a a lot. And I mean a lot to learn. Did training for a month and a half. I’m 5 months in and it’s still overwhelming with so much to learn. It is a whole lot and some customers can tell yell and be very rude. They really pressure you to get certified within two months of being on the floor which means how you’re paying you get to do overtime but it’s a lot of pressure
