A pro is they provide health insurance , so at least my therapist and psychiatrist are covered because GEICO caused me to have a mental breakdown, so at least I just have a copay to become anything other than depressed
Cons
Layoffs, poor work conditions, gaslighting, Union busting, misleading, risk of getting fired if you underperform , records every click you make on your computer, everything you type, you aren’t a human being . CEO is a hedge fund manager, meaning he was hired to cut costs. Now we are understaffed and they don’t care at all but say we need to be able to achieve such unrealistic metrics. NOT A REGULAR CALL CENTER, IF YOUR USED TO WORK WITH HIGH CALL VOLUMES AND THAT CULTURE THIS IS NOT IT YOU WONT FIND OUT HOW BAD IT IS UNTIL AFTER TRAINING
