Leadership keeps trying revamp systems without giving anything long enough to work. You’ll spend 1/2 the job relearning workflows every 6 weeks. They give you so much workload you have no down time to process and give attention to detail because you’re constantly managing 5 different things. Middle management means well but are often people who’ve worked here for years and are not as familiar with the weeds if your work.
