I worked at GNC full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Employee Discount, valuable product knowledge, ok training, and overall easy job.

Cons

Numbers are everything. High pressure sales, under compensated and under appreciative of employees. Store managers are unprofessional and rude. Lots of work for little pay.

Advice to Management

Recognize the hard work that your employees are doing, maybe that would decrease turnover rate.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

You get alot of time on your hands and you get 30% off products so you get to try alot of the products for cheap.

    Cons

Minumum wage boring job and sales quotas you have to meet to not get commission on. You have to sell certain GNC products (P3's) and not get commission on it.

    Advice to Management

Allow more room for growth and more hours to give to employees. Give more benefits tutition reimbursement or healthcare plans for all employees not just full time employees.
