Job is pretty easy to do

Cons

You have to meet ridiculous quotas that take away from your commission

Offer commission on GNC products

    Pros

    Sales incentives & contests, great work experience for future sales jobs, commission pay plus base wage

    Cons

    Had to sell products that I didn't earn money on.

    Advice to Management

    Give sales associates the GNC commission back!!!

    Lack of support from senior management, empty promises, low starting salary

    Bring in associates above minimum wage in order to bring in competent associates.
