I have been working at GNC part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You have the opportunity to make commission from third party companies (although its dwindling down)

    Cons

KPI reports are unrealistic, upper management is like a merry go round , cap on hours worked, turn over rate is ridiculous

    Advice to Management

Stop with the KPI reports and focus more on what the customer wants.

    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at GNC full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

great benefits, good pay if you're in a busy store, easy to move up

    Cons

too much micro managing, no work/life balance, unrealistic goals, high turnover

    Advice to Management

let store managers manage their store, worry more about making money, not hitting unimportant have-to-be-pushy sales goals. BLY and sales plan is one thing, getting in trouble for not selling chews is another.
