      Pros

      The culture of this company is great and almost everyone I work with is amazing. The company offers plenty of growth of opportunities if you are ready to learn new things. The job is rewarding if you commit yourself. The Management will help you improve your skills if they see that you are willing to grow and learn more. The HR team are always ready to help and assist you.

      Cons

      Due to the complexity of team structures and systems, sometimes projects take longer to be delivered. We tend to complicate projects before they are even launched.

      Pros

      For Malta they are a large company, there is room for progression and if you are determined you can move up quickly.

      Cons

      Low paying even at the higher up positions, pay does increase exponentially at the very top.
