    Pros

Established company, competitive compensation, work from home and relocation flexibility

    Cons

Promises high service quality that was often not delivered to clientele. Promised advancement, growth, and career path assistance that was not offered despite perfect work record and clear goals communication.

    Advice to Management

Treat your good employees better and they will stick around - thus improving the quality of product and service offered to clientele. Win - Win.

    Pros

If you can satisfy 12+ students for a week without imposing on a "host" distributor for so much as a cup of coffee, then you will likely stay off the radar and be allowed to TEACH. Under those conditions, the 90% travel is almost bearable.

    Cons

For every minor complaint (accurate or otherwise) a SWARM of accusers will rattle your Manager's cage and he/she will be completely incapable of anything aside from spewing corporate-speak cliche's in the name of customer-service. You will never face either the accusers (or your own manager for that matter). There are too many degrees of separation between GP, contracted to Rockwell, serving independent distributors, who are in turn serving their customers, who send their employees for training. MOST of the end-users have huge axes to grind against Rockwell for under-performing, overly complex, and WAY OVERPRICED products. Even if you overcome that, and teach a class that receives 4 or 5 stars (out of 5) in every category from every student, you will still be hung out to dry over the RUMOR of an infraction passed through 4 or 5 levels of separation.

    Advice to Management

Learn the products your staff represents! Quit selling your earners' souls down the river as you beg for the next contract - either empower yourself through the contract, or walk away from it. Hire some managers who have a grasp of the English language beyond the cliche'.
