    Dar reconhecimento aos funcionários, é dar incentivo para fazer o que se gosta de uma forma ainda melhor, fazendo com que o trabalho se torne gostoso, e não obrigatório.

    It is one of the most succesful retail company in Brazil.

    Cons

    Needed to work over time almost everyday and during the closing.

    Reduce the pressure of time frames and dead lines of monthly closing.

    Cons

    Career progression is unpredictable, promotions/lateral movements correlate with yearly results. Transition into management is particularly slow.
