Pros

None Except you can learn copy paste

Cons

If u want to have worst experience possible please join this company ... No pros Cons Stupid management Heads up for the girls dis place is not for you team managers are very cheap and will ask you for dates and stuff and next day whole floor will be knowing about each and evry detail abt dat date. If u can literally butter and lick people at the same time this is the place for you. You will get promotion only when manager is getting in return something. You get to learn copy and paste. They will call you for overtime and they dont pay for overtime. Politics is the only policy dey believe in and its reflected in each and every department and all levels you go I have seen people work 15 to 17 hours a day and still not gettting paid for it including myself You can see rats running in cafeteria where they prepare food and cockroaches all over the place. When i asked about rats dey replied dat these are pets . You get to see rats as pet so visit cafeteria Dont go to talk with HR each and every HR is close buddy with team managers the moment u complain or say anythin about them team managers will get to know.. dont be in the impression dat HR is on ur side.

Pros

• Good in office dynamic with coworkers for those who worked in office

Cons

• Delayed promotion/raise - you’ll sign a contract in which your raise will be effect but delay it 2 1/2 months • unfair workload - management plays favorite and doesn’t even bother intervening on the issue, rather just gives more work. Multiple times I caught myself doing the work for my peers. • No structure - the office I worked at completely lacked structure where I was shadowing a colleague for 2 weeks before being expected to know what to do • Collision w/ OOO Staff - the out of office staff was very rude at times and because they aren’t in office, management doesn’t push the standards/expectations on them as much as people in office
