Disapproves of CEO

Pros

Check out games
discounts
coworkers
not too stressful

Cons

hard sales goals with the only reimbursement being to keep your job. Radioshack had hard sales goals, but they rewarded you for them

little to no benefits

encourages bad employees who lie to customers to get sales by promoting them

little upward momentum or hours

Advice to Management

Learn to treat your employees well, and if you are going to pressure them in sales, at least give them some incentive to do so.

    Pros

Discounts on games and accessories. GAs can work their way up fairly quickly if they can sell pre-orders and PUR cards. Decent hours if not a GA. Borrowing games for a few days that you'd like to try.

    Cons

There are very limited hours for GA employees. Performance based almost solely on selling pre-orders and PUR cards. These numbers are tracked every day for every store. If someone cancels a pre-order, it counts against who ever happened to take the cancel, instead of who sold the pre-order in the first place.

    Advice to Management

Give some incentive for selling pre-orders and the cards. They say it's a sales job, yet offer no incentive to do well.
