Positive Outlook

I have been working at Gamesa full-time

Pros

- relative stability of the position (unless because of restructuring, it is highly unlikely to be fired, even if the employee is incompetent)
- good benefits
- excellent team-mates

Cons

- lack of structural organization
- the employee evaluation system is a joke (in the end, even if you have proven exceptional, the rewards are the same for all employees)
- no career plan for the employees
- the salaries depend on age (not experience or achievements)
- very poor intra-departamental communication

Advice to Management

- Re-think the Shared Unit Services department, which consumes resources with no outcomes.
- Implement a proper HR filtering and rewarding system, based on actual achievement
- Annual diagnosis to see where problems come from and concentrate the resources in the markets that can offer growth

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

    Benefits and appraisals.
    Carreer Development
A transnational Company all around the worl and different opportunites of growth

    Cons

Some departments are still not well developed and lacking of attention from the "headquarters"

    Advice to Management

Give everybody the same opportunites of growth. If there´s some case that your employee it´s interested in personal growth but interested in returning to the company (leaving the company for studying a Major) support him and "track" him.
