Pros

Ablility to telecommute
Good benefits
Job flexibility

Cons

Fiercely competitive environment - people are more concerned with protecting their turf than innovation
Poor communication from the top
Little room for advancement
LittleWork/Life balance

Advice to Management

Value your support staff - they're the ones who are on the ground and keeping your company moving day-to-day
Trim the fat - this company is way too top heavy with executives who are more concerned with protecting their turf than with growing the company and changing with the times
Stop wasting money on Town Halls and the embarrassing Upfront and motivational materials and
Upgrade IT and infrastructure
