- Solid company culture - Values diversity and inclusion - Safe, friendly workplace and peers - Heard many stories about those who have worked here for several years landing promotions (Managers/General Manager have several years of exp. weren't hired out of the company) - Managers are great at rescheduling conflicts with notice - Frequent small bonuses (water bottles, merch, snacks, etc.)
Cons
- Can be very slow at times - Customer-facing role, occasionally have rude customers - Shifts timings are generally random and can be inconvenient - Transparency about raises, performance, etc. would be nice

Gap isn't the most stable organization to work for. Regular change over of senior execs team members results in projects no always being able to reach completion or changing soon after project launch.
