I worked at Gap part-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Stock paid more than regular sales.

Cons

Had to get there at 5am 4-5 days a week. As usual in a retail environment, intelligence and abilities are not factored into your advancement in the company. All that matters is how long you've been there. You have ivy leage students taking orders from community college graduates since they've been there longer...

I have been working at Gap full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Gap has great work/life balance. The work attire is casual with a motto of "You be You" which makes it great to work. The company also has a great flex work program called "R.O.W.E" which allows you to work when you are most productive and allows you to work from home. This is a great program!

    Cons

The pay at Gap Inc. is not the best. Also, making decisions at Gap take forever, and as analyst you find yourself doing rework.
