Pros

Choose your schedule, Great Atmosphere

Cons

The call center is fair and helps employees better their skills with lots of feedback and training as needed. I didn't run into any cons as a seasonal employee.

Advice to Management

They are understanding and give you help when needed to better your skills.

    Pros

    working here since I was 18! I have met a lot of cool people working at gap. most managers are good to work with! discount is awesome!

    Cons

    always asked to get Gapcards!! annoying!! and mangers telling you that you need to sell more. like hello? if that old lady doesn't want that shirt..I'm not making her buy it. jeez.

    Advice to Management

    try not to be so uptight

    I worked at Gap full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Very busy and challenging, being in the IT environment of this high volume retail company's eCommerce group. A lot of changes occur and it is exciting as different teams work to make each one happen (small or large). One can learn a lot and it is a good place to work. Leadership is very conscious of work/life balance for its employees.

    Cons

    One can get caught in this ever changing environment and lose focus. Focusing and staying on track is a must to be successful.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to value the great (human) resources that are there.
