    Pros

    Great discount, good temporary or college job, schedule flexibility. That is about it.

    Cons

    Management culture, lack of upward mobility, low pay, inconsistent hours, poor employee morale, lack of trust in management and within management.

    Advice to Management

    Management needs to be cohesive, responsible and honest. The Gap is a busy company and management needs to be able to handle the stress. Hire from within, plenty of people looking to move up and understand the company culture and values.
