I have been working at Garretson Resolution Group full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

The best thing about working here are the people, especially since some very toxic people have recently left the company! Most of the people in leadership positions have started to make some real changes in communication and we've closed a lot of new business recently. The VP's and managers are really trying to make a difference. It's not perfect and IT probably has the greatest need for improvement. The pay is not...

    Cons

Lots of lingering bad attitudes. If you don't like working here then leave, and stop telling everyone how bad it is to work here, take your misery elsewhere, the grass is not always greener! A real issue, employees get promoted and take on additional responsibilities but it takes a very long time before their position is back filled which means lots more hours added to their day. Most managers work evenings and...

    Advice to Management

You are burning out your great employees and work/life balance does not exist, hire more people at the lower levels (we have enough people in high levels), charge clients more or improve our systems so that we can be more profitable. No or minimal raises and no bonus in the last few years makes employees weary of the financial future of this company. Do you have the right (or enough) sales team to keep growing this...

I worked at Garretson Resolution Group

    Pros

Great co-workers, management is more and more engaged with common folk. Fast paced.

    Cons

A little chaotic at times, certain roles are very under paid.

    Advice to Management

Adjust compensation where necessary. Invest is employee growth and training

I have been working at Garretson Resolution Group for more than 3 years

    Pros

South Park location, some good people in the trenches

    Cons

GRG was just acquired by a company that seems to have the same problems as GRG, just writ large. Below-market pay and benefits, lots of incompetent, inexperienced management, unskilled IT group, major decisions are frequently made on a whim. Other than a few favorites, employees are not valued. Despite good performance reviews, I haven't had as much as a cost of living raise in two years. And I'm doing more work. Looking...

    Advice to Management

I am NOT giving free advice to people who should know what they're doing. If management wants advice, they can compensate me for it.
