The market was tough due to factors that impacted the industry as a whole. However, I could already see it bouncing back by the time I left. I have no doubt that GemFind will continue to innovate as the market changes.

The manager owner will sell you the world , all the while being vindictive, rude, and disconnected with the industry. Pro's would be working on old systems that break all the time. It'll teach you to deal wit angry clients and a management team that points fingers, as they have no skill set.
