    Less no. of young talents, discriminations for Contractors (green badges), politics, poor management, retirement company, no more free buses, super slow HR process

    Advice to Management

    Decide your budgets and employee roles, encourage hiring young employees for energy, dynamics and flexibility, pay some heed to the contractors who work more than your regular (blue-badge) employees, review individual contributions before Commending Your Employees and be open minded in hiring (EEO policies)
