Pros
Good pay, good benefits, there is a kitchen with food. It’s an indoor job so the weather is always good.
Cons
The millwrights are great but It’s hard to get an electrician to help when there are electrical problems, if they can’t fix it from their laptop in the shop, they don’t want to come help, most of the younger ones are okay and a couple of the older ones. If you’re on a back shift and need a qualified person to reset something you might as well grab a pillow.
