I worked at General Motors (GM) for more than 10 years

    Pros

    Advice to Management

I have been working at General Motors (GM) full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

GM is very lax compared to most places Their IT department in many areas, is state-of-the-art. We constantly focus on upgrading to the latest and greatest technologies within my team Vacation and holiday time is AMAZING. The work/life balance is as great as you want it to be. Bad managers and rude leaders keep their positions even when they receive tons of reports for poor behavior and overall rudeness I loved working at GM over the years, but things...
