    Pros

    it has a Good name and the functionality is good. The Salary is also fine . Candidate gets to know good expirience.

    Cons

    Less accessibility .poor management. No human resource activities. The atmosphere towork is very backward and dissatisfactory

    Advice to Management

    organise the workforce well. Increase the pay . Get more HR people. Hire more people from private colleges. And assign more team jobs, do not restrict to one domain
