Advice to Management

Make sure training is available for the employees if you want to retain your employees. Feeling that you can't do your job because the lack of training can be very frustrating.

I have been working at General Motors as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

You get to work with a great diverse group of people that are very down to earth.

    Cons

If you are a contract worker you don't get hired and get any of the GM benefits, unless you work on the floor and make parts.

    Advice to Management

You should hire contract workers as permanent GM employees no matter what they do for the plant.
