    Pros

    Pay and benefits are on par with other companies.

    Cons

    Promotions based on who you know more than what you know. Management can be very petty and back stabbing. If you speak up or "rock the boat" it is held against you.

    Advice to Management

    Regcognize leadership in the orgainization. Promote based on knowledge and ability not on who you know.
