Worst radio station in Tampa, Orlando area - Anonymous employee Genesis Communications Employee Review

These people own a radio station and really don't understand advertising or radio. They run all of there stations by the seat of there pants. I really don't understand how the have stayed in business for so long. The rating for the station are very bad. They have no idea how many people are listening. They expect the sales people to sale the station but never talk about the ratings.If you want to get into radio don't go to Genesis communications. It is the bottom of the barrel. If you know someone in radio just ask them how Genesis is.
