We appreciate your feedback, although it’s disappointing to read you’ve formed a negative view of Genestack.
It’s clear from some of the points you make that there has been a misunderstanding of the situation. For example, redundancies are not made at the start of each year. Genestack has been operating a viable, commercial operation for several years.
Were you a current employee, I'd encourage you (and anyone at Genestack) to speak with us and explain your views, informally with your manager, or via our formal grievance process. This would allow us an opportunity to investigate, reply and/or address the specific issues you have and, should any issues be found, find solutions that work for both you and the company.
As founder and CEO, I remain committed to making Genestack a great business. As part of this process, it’s important to ensure staff are encouraged to raise matters so we can investigate and address these promptly and appropriately, so that everyone has the best possible experience working with us.
