Pros

PTO
Working with different patients in the community.

Cons

Having to use all of your PTO because of an extremely low census, then having none left for a vacation.
LPN not addressed as a nurse.

Advice to Management

Treat and addresses an LPN as a Nurse.

    no pros unless you like being work all the time

    lots of turnovers stll useing paper asdocumentation

    Advice to Management

    get rid of management in austin, tx they have the worst this company went from over 300 patient to under 80 they have a MCP by the name of catherine hoag that is awful dont know how to talk to staff has otten kick out of indepedent living facility and Dr. office has told me personaly she is rude get rid of her and maybe they stand a chance not only have they loss good nurses they also have loss good threapist i am so glad to leave this place
