      Able to work a flexible schedule

      Cons

      Based on pay they do not appreciate experience. Can’t find anyone to work here so they decided to up the starting pay to $17 an hour and expect employees with nearly 20yrs experience to keep working and be happy making less than $18 an hour

      Great exposure to international work and most staff were pleasant to work with.

      Cons

      Management is very confused about direction and not forthright with planning. Strong inability to communicate with staff.
