    Pros

Decent pay in the Richmond area, impossible to get fired unless you expose yourself in a meeting on top of the boardroom table.

    Cons

People don't care there, nobody gets fired. The IT team deletes servers accidentally, people are caught asleep at their desk and senior management is a disaster of "YES, PEOPLE". I can't make this stuff up; there is one guy who the entire department jokes about for not really having a role for three years and last year he won the company's most prestigious award. The senior management has a meeting, gets someone to take notes and then schedules another meeting and shows the notes as their "incredible" presentation. Thought is completely suppressed under layers and layers of politics. I've seen people fail over and over only to be promoted higher and higher because they do their manager's job for them. I've seen major responsibilities given to interns so that nobody takes the blame when something goes wrong. They are sinking just as fast as their stock.

    Advice to Management

Fire a majority of the senior leadership, start making employees take responsibility for failure after failure, stop promoting people who fail or moving them to lead a different project.
