Pros
Company has a wealth of experience in ground improvement and they work on several projects at any time in the Lower Mainland. They are very safety focus oriented. Their is room for advancement if you show that you want it. The company feels like a giant family.
Cons
Working in a construction atmosphere can wear down on you, especially the vulgarity, racism, and sexism. Management is very disconnected from what happens on site. Because of its smaller size, staff can become stretched at times working on all the projects. This can be very tiring.
