    Pros

    There are some great people who pitch in to help each other succeed. Casual office environment, good benefits, flexible office hours and unlimited fto (which you really can’t use most of the time due to workloads as others said)

    Cons

    The work here has taken a bad turn. More of an accounting job than events job. Management completely focused on employees doing client finance work at the compromise of delivering successful events. Most of this work could be automated but due to completely outdated tools and processes be prepared to spend most of your days in excel spreadsheets. Management very out of touch.
