I have been working at Georgetown University full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Working at Georgetown allowed me to get my MBA for free. They also have great hours so it is easy to have a good work-life balance.

    Cons

It is a very old institution so change is slow and takes a lot of effort to get people moving in a new direction. But change is not impossible.

    Advice to Management

Value your employees more. Faculty and students are important, but so is the staff. The University couldn't function without them.
