- The frequent turnover of faculty and staff.
- Lack of staff appreciation (days or incentives).
- The GMS system (Payroll System) is outdated.
- Transportation (to and from) and parking.

    - pay is relatively high for an entry level job

    - lots of opportunity for advancement

    - good benefits (health insurance, retirement, tuition)

    - very old school

    - hierarchical organization

    - cubical farm

    - on on the actual campus - felt very removed from the college setting
