    No opinion of CEO

    I worked at Georgia-Pacific full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The people who work below upper management are some of the best in the industry, unfortunately the upper management lacks the guiding principle of humility which blinds them from awknowledging this.

    Cons

Failure to grasp the true meaning of MBM. No concept of what it takes to retain talent or what competitive pay means. GP is nothing more than a stepping stone to a true career path.

    Advice to Management

Advice to the CEO, take a long hard look at why GP has such a huge turnover rate and why job recruiters are emabaressed to even try and place people within GP anymore.
