Nice, newly remodeled offices. Great culture - everyone was very nice during the 15 years I worked there. Can gain great experience/skills there.
Cons
Not much room for advancement for EAs without additional education. The raises can be a little on the meager side. Paying for parking is somewhat expensive. You can only expect to make market rate no matter how much you out-perform others.

Sometimes we have to work Saturdays. The parking is usually not great.
