Cons

Nothing rally negative.. Salary is good but could me more but then again I could just be greedy

    I have been working at Gerber Technology full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - The only thing good about this company is the culture if you work in the headquarters

    Cons

    - The industry sector should be going down in the future 2013 - 2015
    - If you have the any other choice to work for, you definitely should consider working for a different company
    - The management are just talking heads and bunch of old farts that have lost the touch of the change the global work
    - They actual lost money during a boom year in the business
    - Management cannot mange their own money and tends to over spend on frivous items
    - Lack of leadership in management, lack of understand of the basic technology of their products, lack of sense of direction, and lots of internal fighting among department for manpower
    - Cookie cutter approach to try to boost employee performance or morale

    Advice to Management

    - Listen to your own people instead of wasting money and time hiring people from the outside to fix things.

    I worked at Gerber Technology full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Since the vc bought Gerber the fire sale has started. New management wants no capex spending only open spending on outsourcing.

    Cons

    The focus has been shifted to outsourcing as many functions as possible.
