It's an easy job somewhat physically demanding. You stand all day but it's not too strenuous. The management's really good and they'll work with you. If you don't do well one spot they'll find something for you. They're really employed oriented They make it known that their employees are very important. It's not a company where you're just a number but you're the reason why they're in business. A couple times a year the CEO will come to the factory and talk to the employees . That makes me feel like we're very important.
Cons
People have a habit of getting stuck in the same departments . You'll try to move and they won't let you sometimes. I think they could do a better job at letting employees experience more of working in different parts of the factory. As I kind of said before they have a habit of making you trapped in the department.
