I have been working at Gigya full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Team oriented, great benefits, a CEO that genuinely cares about your well-being, even-level hierarchy with easy access to management team.

Cons

Gigya's definitely run as a meritocracy. It's not a bad thing but just something to be aware of. People that want to move up and have shown past performance will get promoted. People that stay stagnant and can't keep up with a fast-paced environment will likely struggle.

    I worked at Gigya full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Wonderful coworkers, generous entry level compensation

    Cons

    Very junior management-they have since made vast attempts to compensate (expanding executive team, hiring more senior people), but they are playing a serious game of catch up. The attrition is through the roof, and there has been little focus around product strategy and innovation. In too many cases, client services is left to clean up the mess left behind poorly executed implementations (and a product that is not yet robust enough to go to market).

    Keep your employees happy. Listen to their wants, figure out their needs.
